ANNA BELL HOWARD WEIR, age 92 of Athens, Tenn. left her earthly home to be with Jesus 6:30 A.M. Monday, February 15, 2010.

Praise The Lord Mom is home, there to greet her is her husband of 63 years Loyd Thomas Weir July 9, 2000, Sons: Clyde Thomas Weir June 14, 2002, Billie Ray Weir March 6, 1990, Three Grandchildren: Clinton Donald Weir May 3, 1978, Lisa LuAnne Weir July 18, 1999, Cherie Ann Weir Edmondson July 3, 2008, Parents: George Franklin and Ora Bell Swafford Howard, Sister and Six Brothers.

Turning her life to Jesus at 18, she taught Sunday School in her youth at Short Creek Baptist Church where she was a member and was a farmer.

Those left to cherish her memory are Daughter: Linda Gail (Mommy) Weir of Athens, Tenn. , Two Sons and Three Daughters-in-law: Jimmy Donald and Judy Weir of Athens, Tenn., Charles Franklin and JoAnn Weir of Athens, Tenn. and Linda Weir of Athens, Tenn.  Eight Grandchildren: Sheila Weir Donagarra, Tom, David, Jeff, Ron, West, Billie, and Richard Weir, Twelve Great Grandchildren: Michael Edmondson, Dakota Sisson, Marqueta Hickman, Jose Castillo, Justin, Nathan, Amy, David Heath, Leah Gracie Hayden, ShelbyWeir, Three Great Great Granddcughters: Sarah Anne and Emma Kate Edmondson, Lilianna Hickman, Sister: Ruby Pruitt of Chattanooga, Tenn. several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 8:00 P.M. Wednesday in the Chapel of Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home with Rev. Myrl Vaughn and Rev. Robert Hamilton officiating.

Interment will be 11:00 A. M. Thursday in Piney Grove Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Donald Cook,Travis Cook, Dee Liles, Zeke Williams, Sherman Williams, and Eric Burns.

The family will recieve friends from 6-8 Wednesday in the funeral home.
