Barry Dale Greene

Barry Dale Greene, passed away peacefully in his sleep on July 8th 2024. He is preceded in death by his mother Ersie, father Harold, and brother Bobby. 

He is survived by his sister Gale, son Justin, daughter-in-law Stephanie, nephew Todd, nephew Ryan, an illustrious dirt track racing career, several ex-wives, a few girlfriends, a lot of old pickup trucks, and a couple Miller Lites still left in his fridge. Barry never turned down the opportunity to help others while asking for little in return. He will be missed terribly by all who knew and loved him. 

A visitation will be held July 14th from 2-4pm at Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home in Athens, Tennessee. A celebration of life will occur at a later date TBD. 

In lieu of flowers please make a donation in his name to a local non-profit of your choosing.
