Carole R. Webb

Mrs. Carole R. Webb died peacefully at her home on May 27, 2020 in Athens, TN at the age of 80.

Carole is survived by her husband of 62 years, Billy Webb, of Athens; son Bill Webb of Chattanooga; daughter Karen (Mark) Mancuso, Sherrill’s Ford, NC; daughter Leslie (Tom) McCormick, Chattanooga; son, Chris (Sonya) Webb of Soddy Daisy and grandchildren Danielle (Jake) Phillips, Mario Mancuso, Zachary McCormick, Dominic Mancuso, Nicholas McCormick, and Forrest Webb; special sister in law Gail Kavanaugh and other extended family.   She is preceded in death by parents Jim and Mary Richardson of Athens and brother Jimmy of AR.

Carole loved the Lord fiercely and professed her faith often.  Her second love was her family.  She enjoyed nature, gardening and cooking.

Funeral Mass will be on Saturday, May 30, 2020 at 10:30 AM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Athens, with the Reverend John Orr officiating.  Internment will be immediately following at Mount Harmony Baptist Church, Niota.  Due to the continued concerns with coronavirus, there will be no reception.
