What I learned about Evelyn was she was fun to be with. She always made me feel comfortable to be at her home. She was funny...she had a great sense of humor. She loved her family. She was a fighter! I pray her family finds peace in knowing she is whole again and revisiting with old friends and family and Jesus.

Evelyn was my big sister that I lost touch with for quite a few years due to separation of family. I considered our relationship as blood but it was only a connection of heart and soul by love. A big sister, a playmate and someone to look up to and admire. When finally getting together again she flooded my life with stories of her sister Wanda, herself and me on the farm. Her health, by the time we reconnected, had already started to deteriorate but her spirit and faith in GOD and family just grew stronger. Now Evelyn can stand straight with no pains or disease. She has gone HOME and will enter those gates hands held high into our FATHER'S kingdom. Evelyn will be missed dearly and the world has lost a precious person but Heaven I'm sure has gained a beautiful soul. I pray the family is comforted in knowing this as fact because I am. GOD bless all of the family that I love that is left behind. We will not forget and we will see her again.
