Helen Kyker

Helen Lusk Kyker, age 91 of Athens passed away, Monday, December 4th, 2023 at Dominion Assisted Living.
A native of McMinn County, former resident of California and current resident of Athens she was a daughter of the late Fred M. and Grace Lee Standridge Lusk and was preceded in death by her husband Millard Kyker and a son Darrell Kyker.
She was a member of North Athens Baptist Church and was a longtime substitute teacher at Niota Elementary School.
Survivors:
Son and daughter-in-law, Sam and Barbara Kyker of Athens; 
Daughter, Susan Kyker Martin of Niota 
4 Grandchildren and spouses, Jason (Tatiana) Kyker, Rob (Hannah) Kyker, Shannon (Daniel) Perrion and Josh (Laura) Kyker
9 great-grandchildren
2 great-great Grandsons
2 sisters, Frances Kyker and Eula Kries
Several nieces and nephews
Graveside services will be 3:00 PM Friday, December 8, 2023 at Foster Cemetery with Rev. Scott Packett officiating.
