Throughout our life we are blessed with many gifts. Jimmy was truly one of those gifts. The great times we spent fishing, hunting and telling individual stories of our life in Fort Myers and LCSO. So many good times ATV riding, fishing, and hunting with our friends. The thoughts bring a big smile to my face. I know Jimmy would have wanted it that way. Jimmy was a blessed man. He had a beautiful dedicated wife and wonderful children and grand children. But more than that he had an overwhelming abundance of friends in and out of law enforcement. He will be truly missed. I wish all the best to Shannon, Shane and Katie as well as all in his family. My heart breaks for you Karen and you will always be in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless you ALL.

Known Jimmy since we both was on the Ft. Myers Police. Jimmy was a great friend and police officer. Hated to see him leave for LCSO but was the right move for Jimmy. Our prayers are with Karen and the family. RIP Brother in Blue.

Dear Karen, you and your entire family are in my prayers. Jimmy was always larger-than-life to me and I learned a lot (big things and little things) from him over the years. He was fun to be with, took time to help me, and had a truly infectious laugh. I'm a better man because he was in my life, and I know I'll see him again someday. Please know that so very many people care and wish you, and your family, peace in your hearts.
