Natalie Nicole Ramey

Natalie Nicole Barker Ramey, age 47, was at home with family when she passed away July 14, 2022. A life-long resident of McMinn County, she was the daughter of Mel and Ruth Ann Barker. She was preceded in death by her grandparents J.U. and Delores Barker, Helen Murphree, father and mother-in-law Dwane and Loretta Ramey, and brother-in-law Gary Wills.
Natalie was a graduate of McMinn County High School, Middle Tennessee State University and had her MBA from The University of Tennessee, Chattanooga. She was a member, officer and athlete in Chi Omega sorority while at MTSU. She had worked for BlueCross BlueShield of TN for the last 25 years. An avid tennis player, Natalie helped her husband coach the McMinn Middle School Tennis Team. She was a member of Eastanallee Baptist Church. 
Survivors:
Husband of 25 years, Faun Ramey of Athens, sons Luke, Jake and Derek.
Father and Mother, Mel and Ruth Ann Barker.
Sister, Meloyne Adams and husband Chris Adams, nephews Brady and Rylan Adams.
Aunts, Pam Highsmith, Denise Walker and Uncle Rod Walker, Barbara Kyker and Uncle Sam Kyker. Several cousins.
Sister-in-law, Kim Wooldridge of Madisonville, nieces Mariah Wooldridge Williams and Peytyn Wooldridge Wheeler, nephews Isaac and Eli Wooldridge.
And numerous sisters from McMinn High School and MTSU. 
She loved her boys, her family and her sisters.
Graveside services will be 2:00 PM on Sunday, July 17, 2022 in Cedar Grove Cemetery. The Rev. Lon Shoopman officiating. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Natalie Ramey Memorial where funds will be used to support the high school tennis team.
