Richard Matthew Burke

Richard Matthew Burke, age 28 of Englewood, went to be the Lord Sunday, July 3, 2022 at his residence. A native of Athens and a resident of Englewood for the past 6 months, he was a member of Eastanallee Baptist church. He was an assistant maintenance manager for Waupaca Industry. Matt was an avid hunter, loved to camp, and enjoyed training dogs. He was a hard worker and enjoyed spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his grand parents Denzil Burke, Bettye Burke, and William (J.D.) Walker and his uncle Lindsey Burke and aunt Janet Brown.
 Survivors include,
Wife of 7 years, Kathleen A. Burke of Englewood.
Daughter Kennedy Burke  of Englewood.
Father and Mother Richardand Daris Burke of Athens.
Sisters, Rachel Burke and Rebekah Burke; Father-in-law and Mother-in-law, Dr Michael and Tina O'Malley. Siblings, Amanda Saia, Colin and Elizabeth O'Malley, Brenna, Liam and Conor O'Malley.
Funeral services will be 6:00 pm Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at Eastanallee Baptist Church with Rev. Rodney Bice and Rev. Greg Hutsell officiating. The interment will be at Eastanallee Cemetery following the service. The family will receive friends from 3-6 pm Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at the church before the service.
