Stacy Ralph Sliger

Stacy Ralph Sliger, age 55 of Athens, TN went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Monday, January 23, 2023.
He was a native and lifelong resident of McMinn County and was preceded in death by his father, Rev. J. Ralph Sliger.  He was a member of Idlewild Baptist Church.
Survivors include his mother, Barbara Crabtree Sliger of Athens;
Sister and brother-in-law, Lisa and Trever Jones of Athens;
Three brothers and sisters-in-law, Timothy and Karen Sliger of Athens, Scott and Angel Sliger of Riceville, Rev. Mark and Crystal Sliger of Athens; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday, January 27, 2023 at Parkway Baptist  Church with Rev. Mark Sliger officiating.  Interment will follow in McMinn Memory Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Timothy Sliger, Scott Sliger, Trever Jones, Jake Sliger, Luke Sliger and Garrett Plemons.  The family will receive friends from 12 Noon-2:00 PM Friday prior to the service at the church.  Those unable to attend may send condolences to https://www.laycock-hobbs.com/obituaries/stacy-sliger
