Stephen "Steve" Earl Beddingfield

Steve Beddingfield, age 57, of Niota went on to be with Jesus Monday, September 2, 2019. A native of Pulaski, TN and a resident of Vonore for several years and Niota for the past 18 months. He was the son of the late George Hughey Beddingfield and Sadie Mae Ellison. He was actively employed by Johns Manville, and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp. He loved to fish and fix anything broken. He was a very caring and loving man that never met a stranger. He dearly loved his wife, children and grandchildren and was preceded in death by step father, L.D. Ellison; step sister, Tracey Campbell.

Funeral services will be 7:00 pm Thursday, September 5, 2019 in the chapel of Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home with the Rev. Greg Hutsell and Rev. Danny Drinkard officiating. The graveside will be 11:00 am Friday, September 6, 2019 at Roane Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 4-7 pm Thursday, September 5, 2019 before the service at the funeral home.
