Virginia Bryant Creasman

Virginia Bryant Creasman, age 84, of Riceville, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, March 13, 2019, at Starr Regional Health and Rehab in Etowah, TN. A native of Sweetwater and resident of McMinn County most of her life, She was the daughter of the late Browder and Ethel Mae Clark Bryant. She was a member of Eastanallee Baptist Church and was an outstanding basketball player at McMinn County High School. She loved to cook and was active in church and Silver Stars ministry as well as loving and caring for her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by

• Her husband of 62 years Rev. Oran Creasman;
• Brothers:  Roy "Red" Bryant, Leon Bryant.
• Sisters: Jewell Summey, Mattie Jane Matthews and Francis Brannon.

Survivors include:

• Three sons and daughters-in-law; Ronnie and Shannon Creasman of Athens, Tim Creasman of Riceville, and Miles and Katy Creasman of Knoxville.
• One daughter and son-in-law; Missy and Rodney Ammons of Athens
• One brother and sister-in-law, William and Betty Bryant of Athens.
• Three sisters, Ruby McNabb of Castro Valley California,  Brenda Wright of Riceville and Catherine Pope of Niota.
• Grandchildren, Taylor Creasman, Kerri Anderson and husband Trevor Anderson, Alisha Ammons, Aaron Ammons, Jess Creasman, Will Creasman and Leah Creasman 
• Great grandchildren Zane Oran Anderson, and Maci Anderson.
• Several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be 11:30 am Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Eastanallee Cemetery with Dr. Richard Sego and Dr. Mike Frazier officiating.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Eastanallee Cemetery Fund.
