We were in our first garage rock band together at Athens Junior High. I also invited him to play with us at our church about 15 years ago, and have kept up with his struggles... and his progress... over the years; especially the past several months. It became increasingly obvious to him that "this world is not his home," and I'm very glad that he is now bowing down at the feet of the One who has been his Lord all along... as is he I'm certain! Enjoy your Rest, Mike!

To the family of Michael Paisley: you are in my thoughts and prayers. To lose a loved one is difficult but to know their suffering is ended is a joy in and of itself. Karen, you are my oldest friend and I feel your pain and at the same time your joy that Mike is no longer suffering. Take care, my friend!
